Tracy Bush, Director

Tracy is passionate about Sheffield and helping people move and settle into the local area. With a background in Project Management, Tracy is highly organised and goes out of her way to ensure her clients relocations run as smoothly as possible.

Having lived in Sheffield all her life, she has an in depth knowledge of all local areas and can usually answer those niggling questions that you just can’t always find on the internet! Tracy and her Husband Matt have an obsession with property, having moved house 4 times in the last 8 years!  She has a detailed knowledge of property prices, investments and conveyancing in the local area.

Combining her beloved home city with property and helping families to have a happy and stress free move is her dream job!

Rebecca Rose, Director

Rebecca Rose has first hand experience of moving both within the UK and abroad. She has lived in both Portugal and France as well as moving several times within the UK.

A property developer herself, with a background in Financial Planning, as well as Marketing and Advertising, she is aware of the great need for good coherent support and cohesion when it comes to staffing.

Rebecca is married with three daughters and understands, only too well, the importance of balancing work and family life.

She believes wholeheartedly in businesses recognising that strong family support and commitment leads an efficient and successful workforce.
